Welcome to Relaxify Wellness. By booking or purchasing any treatment or service through our website or in person, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. General Information

Relaxify Wellness is a home-based massage and wellness studio located in Nuneaton, UK. All treatments are provided by a qualified and insured therapist.
These Terms apply to all bookings, purchases, and use of our website and services.

2. Eligibility

Clients must:

  • Be at least 18 years old to book treatments (parental consent required for minors).

  • Disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before the treatment.

  • Follow therapist advice regarding aftercare and contraindications.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% charge.

  • No-shows or missed appointments are charged 100% of the treatment cost.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to avoid delaying other clients.

4. Payments & Deposits

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new booking if you reschedule with sufficient notice.

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and subject to change at any time without notice.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are not available once a treatment has been provided.

  • If Relaxify Wellness cancels your booking (e.g., illness, emergency), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

6. Health & Safety

  • The therapist reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment if a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behaves inappropriately, or presents a medical contraindication.

  • All personal information is kept confidential in compliance with UK Data Protection (GDPR).

7. Liability

  • Relaxify Wellness is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or reactions that were not disclosed prior to treatment.

  • Clients participate in all treatments at their own risk.

  • We are fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity.

8. Gift Vouchers & Packages

  • Valid for 6 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Must be presented at the time of booking.

9. Changes to Terms

Relaxify Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
