Refund policy

At Relaxify Wellness, every treatment is booked with care and attention to your wellbeing. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee of the treatment cost.

  • No-shows or missed appointments are charged 100% of the booking fee.

Deposits

  • Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

  • Deposits will be deducted from your final balance at your appointment.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for completed treatments or gift vouchers once the service has been provided.

  • If a booking must be cancelled by Relaxify Wellness (e.g. illness or emergency), you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Packages & Courses

  • Prepaid packages or multi-session courses are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

  • Sessions can be transferred to another person with prior notice and approval.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to ensure fairness for the next client.
