Refund policy
At Relaxify Wellness, every treatment is booked with care and attention to your wellbeing. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.
Appointments & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee of the treatment cost.

No-shows or missed appointments are charged 100% of the booking fee.
Deposits

Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

Deposits will be deducted from your final balance at your appointment.
Refunds

Refunds are not available for completed treatments or gift vouchers once the service has been provided.

If a booking must be cancelled by Relaxify Wellness (e.g. illness or emergency), you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Packages & Courses

Prepaid packages or multi-session courses are non-refundable once the first session has been used.

Sessions can be transferred to another person with prior notice and approval.
Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to ensure fairness for the next client.
