How does the membership work?
You pay monthly and receive one treatment per month based on your selected plan, along with exclusive member benefits such as priority booking and discounts.
Can I choose between relaxation and deep tissue massage?
Yes, your membership includes relaxation massage, and you can upgrade to deep tissue for a small additional fee.
Can I upgrade to other treatments?
Yes. You can upgrade to specialist treatments such as hot stone or pregnancy massage for an additional fee.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice will result in the session being forfeited.
Can I roll over unused sessions?
Yes, one session can be rolled over to the following month. It must be used within that time.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership in anytime!
Can I combine my membership benefits?
No, membership benefits cannot be combined. For example, body sculpting credit and percentage discounts must be used separately.
Is membership suitable for everyone?
Membership is ideal for clients who visit regularly and want to maintain consistent results and wellbeing.
How do I book my sessions?
You can book your first sessions as usual, and then on each months 1. date i will going to give premium optional days and time for members.
