1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Standard delivery is via Royal Mail or other trusted courier services.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • Free local collection is available from our Nuneaton studio by appointment only.


3. Delivery Times (UK Mainland)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal service delays, especially during busy seasons.


4. Digital Products & Gift Vouchers

  • Digital gift cards and e-vouchers are delivered instantly by email after purchase.

  • Physical gift vouchers will be shipped within 1–2 working days.


5. Order Issues & Lost Parcels

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at relaxifymobile@gmail.com with your order number.

  • We will assist you in tracking your parcel or issuing a replacement where appropriate.

  • Relaxify Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


6. Returns for Shipped Items

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or beauty products.

  • Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
