Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail or other trusted courier services.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Free local collection is available from our Nuneaton studio by appointment only.
3. Delivery Times (UK Mainland)

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal service delays, especially during busy seasons.
4. Digital Products & Gift Vouchers

Digital gift cards and e-vouchers are delivered instantly by email after purchase.

Physical gift vouchers will be shipped within 1–2 working days.
5. Order Issues & Lost Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at relaxifymobile@gmail.com with your order number.

We will assist you in tracking your parcel or issuing a replacement where appropriate.

Relaxify Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns for Shipped Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or beauty products.
