What’s Not Included

To keep our membership simple, fair, and high quality, the following are not included within the standard membership:

  • Specialist treatments such as hot stone massage, pregnancy massage, and other advanced therapies (available as upgrades)
  • Full body sculpting treatments (Premium members receive credit only)
  • Body sculpting credit is issued monthly and must be used within the same month or the following month. Unused credit will expire.
  • Additional sessions beyond your monthly treatment (available at member pricing or discounts)
  • Combined discounts or offers (membership benefits are used separately)
  • Missed appointments without 24-hour notice
